DIETING SUCCESSFULLY!!!

     You are on the road to losing weight successfully.  Your journey began when you adjusted your thinking toward weight loss-Step 1.  You took your time and gave careful consideration when choosing the weight loss program that would benefit you-Step 2.  You have embraced the belief that “It’s not the diet, it’s me”.  This belief has empowered you to take responsibility for your weight loss success.  Honestly, during your weight loss journey you may be faced with challenges. You, the dieter, must be determined to reach your weight loss goal despite any obstacles or distractions.  Losing weight is about making a choice and you must choose to lose.  This choice is something that you have taken seriously, but remember, the effort is well worth it.
     As you reach each milestone on your weight loss journey, you will become physically lighter, but there may be something that might weigh you down…excess baggage.  Excess baggage usually presents itself in the form of negativity and lack of motivation.  One way to rid a dieter of this excess baggage is to communicate with other dieters who share the same goal of losing weight.  You, the dieter, have embraced weight loss thinking, and prepared well for your weight loss journey, so you want to take the necessary steps to make your journey a success.  Sharing your experiences may benefit and encourage other dieters and in turn strengthen your resolve to reach your weight loss goal.  To assist you in this regard, you are invited to join… IT’S NOT THE DIET…IT’S ME!!!   MOTIVATE ME TEAM!...Share  with other dieters daily, weekly, or whenever the mood hits you and become part of a shared weight loss experience.   You have what it takes, so let’s do it!
